In this course we will learn techniques to best recruit each muscle in the upper extremities individually. We will learn a minimum of three techniques for each individual muscle to target specific fiber regions of the muscle. This style of training the lower extremities is essential for creating balanced recruitment and joint loading for global training and offers the practitioner a much needed method of troubleshooting global movement pattern dysfunction.
